{¶1} On July 25, 1981, appellant, Richard Downs, and appellee, Cynthia Downs, were married. Appellee filed a complaint for divorce on January 12, 2007.

{¶2} A hearing was held on January 16, 2008. Findings of fact and conclusions of law were filed on May 5, 2008. By judgment entry decree of divorce filed June 4, 2008, the trial court granted the parties a divorce, and divided the parties' property...
