OPINION

GRADY, J.

{¶ 1}J.A., a minor, was adjudicated a delinquent child by the Juvenile Court on a finding that J.A. committed an act for which, as an adult, he would be convicted of the offense of Rape in violation of R.C. 2907.02(A)(1)(b). The court ordered J.A. committed to the Department of Youth Services for a minimum of twelve months, up to a maximum of his twenty-first birthday. J.A. appeals.
