{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Edward Summers, appeals the August 21, 2007 judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas which, following a plea of guilty to one count of possession of crack cocaine, sentenced appellant to five years of imprisonment, a five-year driver's license suspension, and a mandatory $7,500 fine.
