{¶1} Kathy Lynn Darrow, Plaintiff-Appellant, appeals the decision of the Hocking County Court of Common Pleas granting the summary judgment motions of Defendant-Appellee, Steve Zigan, and Defendant-Appellee, James M. Linehan. Appellant also appeals the trial court's decision overruling her motion for summary judgment as to Defendant-Appellee, Fairfield Collections.
