FROELICH, J.
{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant William Stewart appeals from his conviction and sentence for burglary. Stewart contends that the trial court erred in failing to set his motion to withdraw his guilty plea for a hearing and that his withdrawal of that motion was involuntary. We conclude that Stewart voluntarily chose to withdraw his motion, and because he did so, there was no need for the trial court...
