{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Steve Humble appeals his conviction and sentence for one count of complicity to commit aggravated robbery, a felony of the first degree. Following a jury trial which began on May 1, 2008, and ended on May 2, 2008, Humble was found guilty and convicted of complicity to commit aggravated robbery. On May 19, 2008, the trial court sentenced Humble to five years in prison...
