{¶1} Crown Asset Management, LLC ("Crown") brought this action to recover a debt purportedly owed by Jeremy Gaul ("Gaul") under an account Citibank assigned to Crown. The trial court granted a summary judgment in favor of Crown and ordered Gaul to pay Crown the account balance of $7,843.39 plus interest and court costs.
