{¶1} Relator, Findlay Industries ("relator"), filed an original action asking this court to issue a writ of mandamus ordering respondent Industrial Commission of Ohio ("commission") to vacate its order awarding respondent Betty A. Miles-Thorpe ("claimant") temporary total disability ("TTD") compensation, and to enter an order denying that compensation.
