{¶1} Plaintiff-appellant, Maghie & Savage, Inc. ("M&S"), appeals from the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas' judgment on a directed verdict in favor of defendant-appellee, P.J. Dick Inc. ("PJD"), and entry of summary judgment in favor of defendant-appellee, Blakley Corporation ("Blakley"). For the following reasons, we affirm.
