{¶ 1} This is an appeal from a judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, entered after defendant-appellant, Ennie Ray McGlown, Jr., was convicted of six counts of rape and one count of gross sexual imposition and sentenced to a total of 36 years incarceration.
