{¶ 1} This is an appeal from a judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas. On August 30, 2007, following jury trial, appellant was found guilty of one count of murder, in violation of R.C. 2923.02(A) and 2929.02, and the related firearm specification, in violation of R.C. 2941.145.
