CONNOR, J.

{¶1} Appellant-mother, K.B. ("appellant" or "mother"), appeals from the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, Division of Domestic Relations, Juvenile Branch, terminating her parental rights and awarding permanent custody of her two sons, D.C. and J.C., to Franklin County Children Services ("FCCS" or "agency"). For the following reasons, we affirm the decision of the trial court.
