{¶ 1} Plaintiff Frederick R. Nance, administrator of the Estate of Kevin L. Carruthers, appeals from the order of the trial court that denied his judgment notwithstanding the verdict and for a new trial in plaintiff's action for medical malpractice against defendant University Emergency Specialists ("UES"), Inc.
