{¶ 1} Appellant Jeffrey Perkins, Jr. appeals his convictions following a bench trial in the East Cleveland Municipal Court. Perkins assigns the following errors for our review;

"I. The defendant-appellant was denied his right to due process of law when he was convicted of domestic violence, which was against the manifest weight of the evidence because there was no evidence...
