{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant American Family Mutual Insurance Company appeals from the trial court order that denied its motion for summary judgment, and, instead, granted partial summary judgment in favor of the opposing party, plaintiff-appellee Great Lakes Property Management, Ltd.
