{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Mary DeCapua, appeals the trial court's decision denying her motion for a new trial. Finding no merit to the appeal, we affirm.
{¶ 2} Defendant-appellee, Alexander Rychlik, rear-ended DeCapua in a motor vehicle accident. DeCapua subsequently brought a negligence action against Rychlik, seeking to recover the costs she incurred in medical expenses...
