{¶ 1} Meijer, Inc., appeals from a judgment of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, which granted summary judgment in favor of Beverly A. Taylor on her claim for workers' compensation benefits.

{¶ 2} Although the trial court did not fully address Meijer's arguments in opposition to the motion for summary judgment, it did properly conclude that Taylor was entitled to workers' compensation benefits...
