FAIN, J.
{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Nicholas Rossi appeals from his conviction and sentence for Sexual Imposition and for Public Indecency. Rossi contends that his conviction for Sexual Imposition is not supported by corroboration of the victim's testimony, as required by R.C. 2907.06(B), and that he did not receive effective assistance from his trial counsel.
