OPINION

GRADY, J.

{¶ 1} Plaintiff, Mohamed Bassem Rayess, appeals from a judgment in favor of Defendant, Kaplan Educational Center ("Kaplan").

{¶ 2} Rayess graduated from a school of medicine in Syria in 1986. (Tr. 34.) He planned to take the United States Medical Licensing Exam ("USMLE") and to start his residency in medicine in the United States. (Tr. 32.)
