GRADY, J.

{¶ 1}Defendant, Thisia Jackson, appeals from his conviction and sentence for trafficking in marijuana.

{¶ 2}On July 13, 2007, Fairborn Police Officer Mark Miller stopped a vehicle matching the description of a vehicle that had been involved in a hit-skip accident a short time before. Defendant, the driver, admitted to the hit-skip.
