{¶1} On January 9, 2009, appellant, Bernard M. Hill, filed a notice of appeal from a December 2, 2008 judgment of conviction and sentence issued by the Lake County Court of Common Pleas. In that judgment, appellant was found guilty of aggravated burglary, felonious assault, domestic violence, and endangering children.
