{¶1} Plaintiff-appellant/cross-appellee, Lori L. Sweet, appeals the Judgment Entry of the Ashtabula County Court of Common Pleas, terminating her marriage to defendant-appellee/cross-appellant, Gregory A. Sweet, and dividing the marital estate. For the following reasons, we reverse the decision of the court below and remand this matter for further proceedings.
