{¶1} Defendant-appellant Michael A. Hupp ("Husband") appeals the April 29, 2008 Judgment Entry/Decree of Divorce entered by the Fairfield County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division, which terminated his marriage to plaintiff-appellee Cristie A.
