OPINION

PRESTON, P.J.

{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Robert Parker, Jr. (hereinafter "Parker"), appeals the Putnam County Court of Common Pleas judgment entry of sentence. We affirm.

{¶2} On December 7, 2007, the Putnam County Grand Jury indicted Parker on one (1) count of trafficking in marijuana in violation of R.C. 2925.03(A)(C)(3)(c), a fourth degree felony. (Doc. No. 1). On June 3, 2008, an arraignment was held...
