{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Patrick J. McNulty, appeals the Judgment Entry of the Willoughby Municipal Court, in which the trial court found McNulty guilty of Operation of a Vehicle while Under the Influence of Alcohol, a Drug of Abuse, or a Combination of Them (OVI), in violation of R.C. 4511.19(A)(1)(a). For the following reasons, we affirm the decision of the trial court.
