DECISION AND JUDGMENT

{¶ 1} This is an appeal from a judgment of the Wood County Court of Common Pleas which found appellant guilty, pursuant to a negotiated plea agreement, of one amended count of obstruction of justice, in violation of R.C. 2921.32. For all of the reasons set forth below, this court affirms the judgment of the trial court.
