{¶ 1} This matter is before the Court on the Notice of Appeal of Zackene Portis, filed April 2, 2008. On October 30, 2007, Portis was indicted on one count of robbery, in violation of R.C. 2911.02(A)(2), a felony of the second degree. On November 5, 2007, Portis entered a plea of not guilty.
