{¶ 1} Amy Pratte (Plaintiff-Appellant) appeals the trial court's dismissal of her complaint against Rodney Stewart (Defendant-Appellee). The complaint which she filed on April 14, 2008, alleges that Mr. Stewart sexually abused her 24 years ago, when she was a child.
