DECISION AND JUDGMENT

SKOW, J.

{¶ 1} Appellant, Lawrence Thomas, appeals his conviction in the above-captioned case. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.

{¶ 2} On September 22, 2005, appellant was indicted on charges of aggravated murder and aggravated robbery, together with a firearm specification. The charges arose from the death of Robert Smith.
