{¶ 1} This case is before the court on appeal from the judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas which, following a jury trial, found appellant, Clifford Neal, guilty of robbery, in violation of R.C. 2911.02(A)(2), a felony of the second degree. Appellant was sentenced on March 19, 2007, to five years in prison.
