INTRODUCTION

{¶ 1} As police officers stopped John Skorvanek's vehicle for a traffic violation, they saw him throw a prescription pill bottle out the window. When one of the officers retrieved the bottle, he found that it contained heroin and four different types of oxycodone pills. Skorvanek was convicted of possession of heroin, oxycodone, Percocet, Vicodin, drug paraphernalia...
