{¶1} Ambassador Homes ("Ambassador"), a division of Homewood Homes, Inc., built a home for appellees, Amanda and Bryan Helwig, and the closing was March 11, 2005. During the building process, there were several problems with the construction that were not resolved to Bryan's satisfaction.
