{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, appeals from the judgment of the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court, granting summary judgment to QualChoice, Inc., and denying it to Nationwide in a subrogation action. Having reviewed the arguments of the parties and the pertinent law, we hereby affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand to the lower court for further proceedings...
