{¶ 1} On March 7, 2006, Joseph W. Huber (Appellant) was caught with a suitcase chock-full of thousands of narcotic pain-reliever and analgesic tablets— methadone, hydrocodone, oxycodone, fentanyl patches, and acetaminophen with codeine.
