FROELICH, J.

{¶ 1} The State of Ohio appeals from a judgment of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, which granted Michael Williams' motion to suppress evidence and dismissed the indictment against him. For the following reasons, the judgment will be reversed, and the matter will be remanded for further proceedings.
