SEAN C. GALLAGHER, P.J.:

{¶ 1} Defendant appellant, Evin Peavy, appeals the denial of his presentence motion to withdraw guilty plea from the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas. Finding no error in the proceeding below, we affirm.
