Pilgrim, has filed an original action requesting that this court issue a writ of mandamus ordering respondents, State of Ohio and Sheriff Jim Karnes, to hold an immediate hearing on relator's petition for writ of habeas corpus filed in the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas.
