OPINION

BRYANT, J.

{¶1} Plaintiff-appellant, Johannes J. Christian, appeals from a judgment of the Court of Claims of Ohio that determined defendant-appellee, the Ohio Department of Transportation ("ODOT"), was not negligent in failing to install protective fencing on a freeway overpass bridge in Clark County. Because the court's judgment is not contrary to law or against the manifest weight of the evidence, we affirm.
