{¶1} On October 14, 1997, appellant, Larry Godfrey, entered Alford pleas of guilty to two counts of attempted felonious sexual penetration in violation of R.C. 2923.02 and R.C. 2907.12 and eight counts of gross sexual imposition in violation of R.C. 2907.05. By judgment entry filed November 14, 1997, the trial court sentenced appellant to an aggregate indefinite term of fifteen to thirty-eight years in prison...
