{¶ 1} Appellant, Jeremy Kerr, appeals the judgment of the Wood County Court of Common Pleas, which, after a bench trial, found him guilty of three counts of passing bad checks, violations of R.C. 2913.11(B). Due to the amount of the checks, two convictions were fifth degree felonies and one conviction was a first degree misdemeanor. Kerr was sentenced to eight months incarceration...
