{¶1} John E. Plott appeals from the judgment entry of the Portage County Court of Common Pleas, sentencing him to nine months imprisonment for falsification. We affirm.

{¶2} March 7, 2007, the Portage County Grand Jury indicted Mr. Plott for falsification, a fifth degree felony in violation of R.C. 2921.13(A)(9), based on conduct occurring September 9, 2006.1<...
