{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Northern Heath Facilities, Inc., d.b.a. Maple Wood Care Centre, et al., appeals the judgment entry of the Portage County Court of Common Pleas, in which the trial court granted a Motion to Compel filed by plaintiff-appellee, Darlene May, as the personal representative of the Estate of Twila Scott. For the following reasons, we affirm the decision of the trial court.
