{¶1} Plaintiff-appellant, Arrow Machine Company, Ltd., appeals the judgment of the Lake County Court of Common Pleas, dismissing its suit against defendant-appellee, Array Connector Corporation, for lack of personal jurisdiction. For the following reasons, we reverse the decision of the lower court and remand this matter for further proceedings.
