{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Timothy Gayheart appeals from his conviction and sentence for: (1) Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol, a Drug of Abuse, or a Combination of Them, in violation of R.C. 4511.19(A)(1)(a); (2) Failing to Stop After an Accident, in violation of R.C. 4549.02; and (3) Falsification, in violation of R.C. 2921.13.
