OPINION
FROELICH, J.
{¶ 1} Mark S. Edwards pled guilty in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas to one count of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, one count of aggravated theft by deception, and numerous counts of forgery and tampering with records. The trial court convicted him on all counts and sentenced him accordingly.
