OPINION

FROELICH, J.

{¶ 1} Defendant-Appellant Ronnie Carson, Jr. appeals from the dismissal of his petition for post-conviction relief. Because the trial court properly dismissed the petition as untimely and because the sentencing issue that he raises is barred by res judicata, the judgment of the trial court is Affirmed.
