{¶1} Ronald J. Kruthaupt appeals from the Hamilton County Juvenile Court's entry that approved and adopted a magistrate's decision. We conclude that the trial court properly approved the decision regarding the custody of Noah Kruthaupt, so we affirm that part of the judgment.
