BRYANT, J.

{¶1} Plaintiff-appellant, William O. Harris, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas denying plaintiff's Civ.R. 60(B) motion for relief from judgment. Because the trial court properly denied plaintiff's motion, we affirm.
