{¶1} Appellant, Brad A. Taliaferro, appeals the judgment of the Portage County Municipal Court, Ravenna Division, finding him guilty of one count of domestic violence, in violation of R.C. 2919.25. For the reasons stated below, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
