{¶1} Appellant, Madison Local School District Board of Education (the Board), appeals from the judgment entry of the Lake County Court of Common Pleas denying its motion to vacate an arbitration award granted in favor of appellee, OAPSE/AFSME Local 4, AFL-CIO and its Local #238 (the Union).
